Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Academic Crafting terhadap Career Anxiety pada mahasiswa semester akhir. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 201 mahasiswa semester akhir di wilayah Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala Career Anxiety dan Academic Crafting dengan model skala Likert empat pilihan jawaban. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Academic Crafting berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Career Anxiety dengan nilai koefisien regresi (beta) sebesar -0,489 dan signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Nilai R Square sebesar 0,239 menunjukkan bahwa Academic Crafting memberikan kontribusi sebesar 23,9% terhadap Career Anxiety, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang mampu mengelola aktivitas akademiknya secara proaktif cenderung memiliki tingkat kecemasan karier yang lebih.
