Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan dan struktur intelektual penelitian mengenai career adaptability dan career guidance selama periode 2005–2025 melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Data penelitian diperoleh dari basis data Scopus dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi pola kolaborasi, hubungan antar kata kunci, serta tren tematik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa career adaptability merupakan konsep sentral yang memiliki keterkaitan kuat dengan berbagai topik seperti career construction, employability, dan career guidance. Visualisasi jaringan mengungkap adanya klaster utama yang mencerminkan pendekatan psikologis dan aplikatif dalam studi karier. Analisis temporal menunjukkan pergeseran fokus penelitian dari aspek teoritis menuju konteks yang lebih praktis dan responsif terhadap dinamika global, termasuk dampak digitalisasi dan pandemi. Selain itu, analisis kepadatan mengidentifikasi sejumlah area yang masih memiliki peluang pengembangan, seperti integrasi teknologi dalam bimbingan karier dan penguatan faktor psikologis individu. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa studi tentang adaptabilitas dan bimbingan karier berkembang secara multidisipliner dan semakin relevan dalam menjawab tantangan dunia kerja modern.
