Analisis Bibliometrik tentang Manajemen Talenta Berbasis Keterampilan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan literatur ilmiah mengenai manajemen talenta berbasis keterampilan melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Data dianalisis dari basis data ilmiah dengan memanfaatkan teknik pemetaan ilmu pengetahuan menggunakan VOSviewer, meliputi analisis co-occurrence kata kunci, co-authorship, co-country, serta density visualization. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa topik ini berkembang pesat dengan fokus utama pada integrasi antara manajemen talenta, employment, dan skills sebagai inti kajian. Selain itu, terdapat pergeseran tren penelitian menuju pemanfaatan teknologi seperti artificial intelligence, big data, dan automation dalam mendukung workforce planning dan decision making. Struktur kolaborasi ilmiah menunjukkan dominasi beberapa negara seperti Amerika Serikat dan India, sementara negara lain masih berada pada posisi periferal dalam jejaring penelitian global. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa riset manajemen talenta berbasis keterampilan bersifat multidisipliner dan terus berkembang menuju pendekatan yang lebih digital, adaptif, dan berbasis data.
