Pengaruh Digital Skill dan Entrepreneurial Mindset Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Pada Era Ekonomi Digital

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Digital Skill dan Entrepreneurial Mindset terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Mahasiswa pada era ekonomi digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei eksplanatori. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dari 56 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan model penelitian signifikan secara simultan (F = 176,108; p < 0,001) dengan daya jelas yang kuat (R = 0,932; R² = 0,869; Adjusted R² = 0,864), yang mengindikasikan bahwa variasi intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa sebagian besar dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen dalam model. Secara parsial, Entrepreneurial Mindset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha (B = 0,976; t = 10,490; p < 0,001) dan menjadi prediktor dominan. Sementara itu, Digital Skill tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha (B = −0,068; t = −0,771; p = 0,444). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pada konteks mahasiswa, intensi berwirausaha lebih ditentukan oleh kesiapan kognitif-psikologis (mindset) dibandingkan keterampilan digital yang bersifat teknis. Implikasi penelitian menekankan perlunya program pendidikan kewirausahaan yang tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi digital, tetapi juga memprioritaskan pembentukan entrepreneurial mindset melalui pembelajaran aplikatif, proyek kewirausahaan, dan penguatan orientasi peluang.
