Good Governance dalam Perspektif Global: Studi Sistematis atas Prinsip Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, dan Partisipasi Publik

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya tuntutan global terhadap tata kelola pemerintahan yang transparan, akuntabel, dan partisipatif, seiring dengan masih adanya kesenjangan kualitas governance di berbagai negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis literatur terkait prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi publik dalam kerangka good governance secara global. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review dengan pendekatan PRISMA, menggunakan sumber data dari Scopus, Web of Science, dan Google Scholar dengan rentang publikasi tahun 2022 hingga 2026. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi berperan dalam meningkatkan keterbukaan informasi dan mengurangi korupsi, akuntabilitas memperkuat pertanggungjawaban kebijakan publik, serta partisipasi publik meningkatkan legitimasi dan kualitas pengambilan keputusan. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga prinsip tersebut saling berkaitan dan dipengaruhi oleh faktor kontekstual seperti kapasitas institusi, perkembangan teknologi, dan kondisi sosial politik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan good governance bergantung pada integrasi ketiga prinsip tersebut secara simultan dalam berbagai sektor dan tingkat pemerintahan.
