Abstrak

Penelitian ini menyajikan analisis bibliometrik komprehensif mengenai Sistem Pasar Tenaga Kerja (TMS) berdasarkan publikasi yang terindeks di Scopus. Tujuannya adalah untuk memetakan struktur intelektual, mengidentifikasi kontributor utama, serta menelaah evolusi tema-tema penelitian di bidang yang sedang berkembang ini. Dengan menggunakan teknik bibliometrik yang didukung oleh VOSviewer, penelitian ini menganalisis jaringan kolaborasi penulis, kerja sama antarnegara, literatur berpengaruh, serta pola kemunculan bersama kata kunci. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penelitian TMS masih berada pada tahap awal namun berkembang pesat, yang ditandai dengan kolaborasi akademis yang terbatas namun saling terhubung. Analisis tematik menyoroti konvergensi teknologi digital, khususnya kecerdasan buatan dan big data, dengan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia. Selain itu, evolusi penelitian menunjukkan pergeseran dari studi yang berorientasi pada teknologi menuju perspektif strategis dan berbasis aplikasi, yang menekankan kelincahan organisasi dan optimalisasi tenaga kerja. Meskipun ada perkembangan ini, studi ini mengidentifikasi kesenjangan terkait kolaborasi global yang terbatas dan kurangnya penelitian empiris mengenai implikasi perilaku dan etika. Studi ini berkontribusi dengan menawarkan gambaran terstruktur mengenai lanskap penelitian TMS dan memberikan arahan untuk penelitian masa depan dalam manajemen talenta digital.
