Pengaruh IoT Security Practices dan Blockchain terhadap Customer Trust dan Sustainability Performance pada Industri E-Commerce di Jakarta

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh praktik keamanan Internet of Things (IoT) dan adopsi blockchain terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan dan kinerja keberlanjutan di industri e-commerce Jakarta. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, dengan mengumpulkan data dari 145 responden melalui kuesioner skala Likert (1–5). Model Persamaan Struktural dengan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik keamanan IoT dan adopsi blockchain secara signifikan meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan, sementara blockchain juga secara langsung meningkatkan kinerja keberlanjutan. Kepercayaan pelanggan ditemukan berperan sebagai mediator parsial dalam hubungan antara adopsi teknologi dan hasil keberlanjutan, menyoroti perannya yang kritis dalam memperkuat dampak positif teknologi terhadap praktik bisnis berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa integrasi teknologi digital canggih tidak hanya memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen tetapi juga mendukung operasi yang bertanggung jawab dan berkelanjutan di sektor e-commerce.
