Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan dan tren riset ilmiah mengenai kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction) dan niat berpindah kerja (turnover intention), dengan fokus khusus pada konteks industri kelapa sawit. Menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik berbasis data dari database Scopus, studi ini menganalisis publikasi dalam rentang waktu 2000 hingga 2025 dengan bantuan perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa job satisfaction dan turnover intention merupakan topik yang paling sering dikaji, dengan keterkaitan kuat terhadap variabel seperti organizational commitment, job stress, dan work environment. Namun demikian, temuan juga mengindikasikan bahwa topik yang mengaitkan isu ketenagakerjaan dengan sektor kelapa sawit masih belum terintegrasi secara luas dalam literatur global. Visualisasi jaringan kolaborasi penulis, institusi, dan negara mengungkapkan dominasi kontribusi dari negara-negara seperti Amerika Serikat, Tiongkok, dan Indonesia, serta potensi penguatan kerja sama lintas institusi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam memperluas cakupan studi SDM berbasis sektor industri primer dan menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan sawit dalam merancang strategi peningkatan retensi kerja karyawan. Studi ini juga menggarisbawahi pentingnya eksplorasi lanjutan yang lebih kontekstual dan multidisipliner untuk menjembatani kesenjangan literatur yang ada.
