Pengaruh Konflik Peran Ganda dan Beban Kerja Berlebihan Terhadap Kelelahan dengan Stres Kerja Sebagai Variabel Mediasi di Puskesmas

Abstrak

Di Indonesia, puskesmas memainkan peran penting dalam penyediaan layanan kesehatan, tetapi sering menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti tingkat pekerjaan yang tinggi, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan tekanan pekerjaan, yang semuanya dapat memengaruhi kesehatan tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kelelahan bagi tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Ambawang, dengan penekanan khusus pada hubungan antara konflik di tempat kerja dan tekanan kerja yang berlebihan dan stres di tempat kerja. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Smart PLS. Populasi total adalah 100 orang, dan teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengambil 49 sampel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa work family conflict dan work overload juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap burnout, sementara work overload tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, meskipun arahnya positif. Namun, job stress tidak terbukti memediasi hubungan antara work family conflict dan work overload dan burnout.
