Peran IoT dan Teknologi Blockchain dalam Meningkatkan Keamanan Transaksi Elektronik pada E-Commerce di Indonesia

Abstrak

Penelitian ini menyelidiki peran Internet of Things (IoT) dan teknologi blockchain dalam meningkatkan keamanan transaksi elektronik di sektor e-commerce Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 78 profesional di bidang TI, keamanan siber, dan industri e-commerce. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan SPSS versi 25 menunjukkan dampak positif yang signifikan dari IoT dan blockchain terhadap keamanan transaksi. Blockchain menunjukkan efek yang lebih kuat dibandingkan dengan IoT, dengan kedua teknologi tersebut saling melengkapi satu sama lain. Statistik deskriptif menunjukkan kesepakatan yang tinggi di antara para responden mengenai efektivitasnya, dengan skor rata-rata dan untuk IoT dan blockchain. Terlepas dari temuan positif ini, tantangan seperti biaya implementasi, keahlian teknis, dan interoperabilitas tetap menjadi penghalang adopsi. Studi ini menggarisbawahi perlunya investasi strategis dan dukungan regulasi untuk memfasilitasi integrasi teknologi IoT dan blockchain, yang pada akhirnya akan memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen dan mendorong pertumbuhan e-commerce di Indonesia.
