Studi Bibliometrik terhadap Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Literatur Organisasi dan Ketenagakerjaan (2000 - 2026)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lanskap penelitian Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dalam literatur organisasi dan ketenagakerjaan selama periode 2000–2026 menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik. Data diperoleh dari database Scopus dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk memetakan struktur intelektual, pola kolaborasi, serta tren topik penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penelitian MSDM berkembang secara multidisipliner dengan integrasi yang kuat terhadap bidang kesehatan, ekonomi, dan teknologi. Analisis co-authorship mengungkapkan adanya klaster kolaborasi peneliti yang masih terfragmentasi namun menunjukkan potensi penguatan jaringan global. Analisis kutipan mengidentifikasi karya-karya kunci yang memiliki pengaruh besar, terutama dalam konteks human capital, burnout, dan manajemen berbasis algoritma. Sementara itu, analisis keyword co-occurrence menunjukkan adanya pergeseran fokus penelitian dari pendekatan tradisional menuju isu-isu kontemporer seperti digitalisasi SDM, pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, dan dinamika pasar tenaga kerja. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memetakan perkembangan MSDM secara komprehensif serta mengidentifikasi peluang penelitian di masa depan, khususnya pada aspek kesejahteraan karyawan dan integrasi teknologi dalam praktik MSDM.
