Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lanskap penelitian manajemen operasional dalam bidang manajemen dan rekayasa industri periode 2000–2026 dengan menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik. Data dikumpulkan dari Scopus dan dianalisis menggunakan VOSviewer untuk mengkaji jaringan kolaborasi penulis (co-authorship), struktur kutipan (citation), serta pola kemunculan kata kunci (keyword co-occurrence). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kajian manajemen operasional berakar kuat pada pendekatan teknik industri dan optimisasi, yang kemudian berkembang menjadi perspektif yang lebih integratif dan multidisipliner. Munculnya tema-tema seperti inovasi, manajemen informasi, manajemen rantai pasok, dan keberlanjutan menunjukkan adanya pergeseran menuju transformasi digital dan praktik operasional yang berkelanjutan. Visualisasi overlay dan density juga menegaskan evolusi temporal dan konsentrasi topik penelitian, yang mengarah pada pentingnya strategi operasional berbasis teknologi dan keberlanjutan. Meskipun demikian, beberapa area seperti manajemen risiko dan ketahanan sistem masih relatif kurang dieksplorasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memetakan tren penelitian serta mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangan riset di masa depan.
