Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan, struktur pengetahuan, dan tren penelitian mengenai operational excellence melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Data penelitian diperoleh dari basis data Scopus dengan menggunakan kata kunci yang relevan terkait operational excellence, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi pola sitasi, jaringan kolaborasi penulis, institusi, negara, serta perkembangan tema penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kajian operational excellence mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan dari pendekatan tradisional berbasis manajemen kualitas, Lean, Six Sigma, dan continuous improvement menuju pendekatan modern yang mengintegrasikan transformasi digital, Industry 4.0, kecerdasan buatan, keberlanjutan, dan ketahanan operasional. Analisis dokumen paling banyak dikutip menunjukkan bahwa big data analytics, circular economy, dan integrasi Lean Six Sigma menjadi topik penting dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja operasional berkelanjutan. Selain itu, analisis jaringan menunjukkan bahwa penelitian operational excellence telah berkembang secara global melalui kolaborasi lintas negara dan institusi, dengan fokus yang semakin multidisipliner pada manajemen operasi, teknologi, rantai pasok, dan inovasi organisasi. Studi ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai evolusi penelitian operational excellence serta mengidentifikasi peluang penelitian masa depan terkait pemanfaatan teknologi cerdas dan strategi operasi berkelanjutan.
