Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi konsep rehumanisasi manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam konteks otomatisasi dan digitalisasi kerja yang semakin masif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif berbasis studi pustaka dan analisis hermeneutik-filosofis, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan teori psikologi humanistik (Maslow, Rogers) dan filsafat eksistensial (Sartre, Frankl) untuk merumuskan kerangka konseptual yang mampu menjawab tantangan dehumanisasi akibat penetrasi teknologi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa otomatisasi tidak hanya menimbulkan risiko krisis makna kerja dan keterasingan, tetapi juga membuka peluang untuk merancang strategi rehumanisasi melalui tiga pilar utama: meaningful work, authentic relations, dan existential growth. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya paradigma baru dalam manajemen SDM, yaitu human-centered HR technology dan praktik berbasis nilai yang mendukung aktualisasi diri serta kebermaknaan karyawan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoretis dalam memperkaya literatur interdisipliner, sekaligus memberikan implikasi praktis bagi organisasi untuk menyeimbangkan efisiensi teknologi dengan kesejahteraan manusia. Namun, penelitian ini masih bersifat konseptual sehingga diperlukan riset empiris lanjutan guna menguji validitas model rehumanisasi yang ditawarkan.
