Pemberdayaan Remaja Disabilitas melalui Model Great-4 untuk Literasi Kesehatan Reproduksi dan Mental

Remaja dengan disabilitas tuli dan intelektual menghadapi hambatan komunikasi serta keterbatasan media aksesibel dalam memperoleh informasi kesehatan reproduksi dan kesehatan mental. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memetakan kebutuhan, menyusun model edukasi partisipatif, dan meningkatkan pemahaman remaja di SLB Kasih Ibu Kota Pekanbaru. Pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) diterapkan melalui pra-siklus, perencanaan aksi, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi bersama remaja, guru, serta orang tua. Kegiatan mencakup FGD, asesmen visual, edukasi multimedia pada Siklus I, co-design, dan penerapan model “Great-4” berbasis gamifikasi, multisensori, serta kinestetik pada Siklus II. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui perbandingan skor pengetahuan dan refleksi perubahan perilaku. Rata-rata skor meningkat dari 7,1 menjadi 8,0. Peserta juga menunjukkan peningkatan kemandirian higienitas, pemahaman batas tubuh, keberanian menolak sentuhan tidak aman, dan kemampuan mengekspresikan emosi. Model “Great-4” berpotensi menjadi media edukasi inklusif bagi remaja disabilitas.
