Skrining Hiperurisemia sebagai Upaya Deteksi Dini Risiko Gout melalui Program Cek Kesehatan Gratis (CKG) pada Civitas Akademika Universitas Tarumanagara

Hiperurisemia merupakan gangguan metabolik yang sering tidak terdeteksi karena umumnya tidak menimbulkan gejala pada tahap awal, meskipun berhubungan dengan peningkatan risiko gout dan berbagai penyakit kardiometabolik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan melaksanakan skrining hiperurisemia pada civitas akademika Universitas Tarumanagara melalui Program Cek Kesehatan Gratis (CKG) Goes to Campus sebagai upaya deteksi dini penyakit tidak menular. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan skrining kadar asam urat menggunakan metode point-of-care testing (POCT), evaluasi hasil pemeriksaan, serta tindak lanjut bagi peserta dengan hasil di luar nilai rujukan. Skrining berhasil menjangkau civitas akademika Universitas Tarumanagara dan mengidentifikasi peserta dengan kadar asam urat yang memerlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Pelaksanaan skrining berbasis kampus memberikan kemudahan akses terhadap deteksi dini hiperurisemia serta mendukung penguatan upaya pencegahan penyakit tidak menular melalui identifikasi faktor risiko secara lebih awal .
