Evaluasi Literasi Gizi dan Edukasi Nutrisi dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kesehatan Masyarakat di Kelurahan Semanan

Literasi nutrisi merupakan komponen penting dalam mendukung perilaku makan sehat dan pencegahan penyakit tidak menular. Kegiatan ini bertujuan menggambarkan tingkat literasi nutrisi pada populasi dewasa serta hubungannya dengan usia dalam konteks skrining berbasis komunitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan dengan Plan-Do-Check-Action melalui pengukuran literasi nutrisi menggunakan skala Likert dan pengumpulan data demografis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rerata literasi nutrisi berada pada kisaran sedang (netral), yang mencerminkan bahwa sebagian besar responden belum memiliki pemahaman dan keyakinan yang kuat terhadap konsep nutrisi. Distribusi nilai relatif homogen dengan sebagian besar berada pada kisaran tengah. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor seperti pendidikan, akses informasi, dan lingkungan berperan dalam menentukan tingkat literasi nutrisi. Skrining berbasis komunitas memberikan gambaran awal mengenai kondisi literasi nutrisi masyarakat serta menjadi dasar untuk perencanaan intervensi edukasi yang lebih terarah guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan perilaku makan sehat.
