Skrining Kecanduan TikTok pada Remaja Melalui Skala TikTok Addiction (TTAS) dan Edukasi Kesehatan Berbasis Komunitas

Penggunaan media sosial berlebihan pada remaja berpotensi menimbulkan perilaku adiktif dan memengaruhi kesehatan mental maupun fungsi sosial. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi literasi digital serta melakukan skrining kecenderungan kecanduan TikTok menggunakan TikTok Addiction Scale (TTAS). Sebanyak 170 siswa mengikuti kegiatan dengan rerata usia 15,21 ± 0,64 tahun dan mayoritas berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Hasil skrining menunjukkan bahwa dimensi mood modification memiliki rerata skor tertinggi, diikuti tolerance dan withdrawal symptoms. Perempuan menunjukkan skor lebih tinggi dibandingkan laki-laki pada hampir seluruh dimensi TTAS. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa TikTok tidak hanya digunakan sebagai sarana hiburan, tetapi juga sebagai media regulasi emosi dan interaksi sosial pada remaja. Penggunaan media sosial secara berlebihan berpotensi mengganggu kontrol diri, kualitas belajar, dan kesehatan psikososial apabila tidak dikendalikan dengan baik. Edukasi literasi digital, pengaturan durasi penggunaan gawai, dan peningkatan aktivitas non-digital diperlukan untuk membentuk pola penggunaan media sosial yang lebih sehat pada remaja.
