Skrining dan Edukasi Profil HDL Kolesterol sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Risiko Kardiometabolik di Sekolah Mutiara Bangsa

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan menggambarkan profil lipid masyarakat dewasa produktif melalui pemeriksaan kolesterol total dan high-density lipoprotein (HDL) sebagai upaya deteksi dini gangguan kardiometabolik. Sebanyak 45 peserta mengikuti pemeriksaan profil lipid menggunakan metode skrining sederhana. Rerata usia peserta sebesar 34,69 dengan standar deviasi 9,05 tahun dan mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan (80,0%). Pemeriksaan kolesterol total menunjukkan rerata sebesar 194,11 dengan standar deviasi 33,20 mg/dL dan median 189,00 mg/dL (132,00–328,00 mg/dL). Sebagian besar peserta berada pada kategori normal (77,8%), sedangkan hiperkolesterolemia ditemukan pada 22,2% peserta. Pemeriksaan HDL menunjukkan rerata sebesar 50,60 dengan standar deviasi 7,76 mg/dL dan median 49,00 mg/dL (34,00–67,00 mg/dL), dengan mayoritas peserta memiliki kadar HDL rendah (84,4%). Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya risiko gangguan profil lipid pada masyarakat dewasa produktif. Oleh karena itu, edukasi mengenai pola makan sehat, aktivitas fisik rutin, dan pemeriksaan profil lipid berkala penting dilakukan untuk mencegah penyakit kardiovaskular dan gangguan metabolik.
