Skrining Kolesterol Total dan HDL sebagai Upaya Deteksi Dini Risiko Penyakit Kardiovaskular pada Populasi Dewasa melalui Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat di Kelurahan Semanan

Penyakit kardiovaskular merupakan salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas, sehingga deteksi dini faktor risiko perlu dilakukan melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan menggambarkan profil risiko kardiovaskular berdasarkan rasio kolesterol total terhadap High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) pada 155 peserta yang menjalani pemeriksaan profil lipid. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi usia, jenis kelamin, kadar kolesterol total, kadar HDL, dan rasio kolesterol total/HDL. Rerata usia peserta adalah 46,49 ± 10,29 tahun dengan mayoritas perempuan (70,3%). Rerata kadar kolesterol total sebesar 209,97 ± 39,59 mg/dL, kadar HDL 50,60 ± 7,76 mg/dL, dan rasio kolesterol total/HDL 4,41 ± 2,00. Berdasarkan kategori risiko, 22,6% peserta termasuk optimal, 56,1% average risk, dan 21,3% high risk. Peningkatan rasio kolesterol total/HDL ditemukan seiring peningkatan kategori risiko pada kedua jenis kelamin. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta memiliki risiko kardiovaskular sedang hingga tinggi. Oleh karena itu, skrining profil lipid dan edukasi gaya hidup sehat perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan sebagai upaya pencegahan penyakit kardiovaskular di masyarakat.
