Deteksi Dini Hipertensi melalui Skrining Tekanan Darah pada Populasi Dewasa di Kelurahan Semanan

Abstrak

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang sering tidak terdeteksi dini karena umumnya tidak menimbulkan gejala khas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan melakukan skrining tekanan darah dan memberikan edukasi kesehatan mengenai pencegahan hipertensi. Kegiatan dilakukan pada 155 peserta melalui pemeriksaan tekanan darah dan penyuluhan kesehatan. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi usia, jenis kelamin, tekanan darah sistolik, tekanan darah diastolik, dan klasifikasi status hipertensi. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan rerata tekanan darah sistolik sebesar 130,12±18,92 mmHg dan diastolik sebesar 80,87±12,57 mmHg. Sebagian besar peserta berada pada kategori tekanan darah optimal (39,4%), diikuti kategori meningkat dan hipertensi derajat 1 masing-masing sebesar 20%. Selain itu, ditemukan hipertensi derajat 2 sebesar 7,1% dan krisis hipertensi sebesar 1,9%. Edukasi kesehatan diberikan terkait pola hidup sehat dan pengendalian faktor risiko hipertensi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya deteksi dini dan pencegahan hipertensi.
