Penilaian Hidrasi Kulit untuk Deteksi Dini Gangguan Fungsi Barrier Kulit pada Komunitas Sekolah Mutiara Bangsa

Abstrak

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan hasil skrining komposisi tubuh dan hidrasi pada masyarakat dewasa produktif sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif kesehatan metabolik. Pemeriksaan dilakukan pada 45 partisipan menggunakan analisis komposisi tubuh untuk menilai body water dan tingkat hidrasi (hydration). Rerata usia peserta adalah 34,69 ± 9,05 tahun dengan mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 36 orang (80,0%). Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan rerata body water sebesar 47,17 dengan simpangan baku 12,01 dan median 48,30 (14,45–76,10). Rerata tingkat hidrasi sebesar 42,20 dengan simpangan baku 9,09 dan median 43,50 (18,50–57,50). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, laki-laki memiliki rerata body water lebih tinggi dibandingkan perempuan, sedangkan perempuan menunjukkan rerata hidrasi yang sedikit lebih tinggi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan edukasi terkait pemenuhan cairan, aktivitas fisik, dan pola hidup sehat untuk mempertahankan keseimbangan cairan tubuh dan mendukung kesehatan metabolik masyarakat.
