Abstrak

Obesitas sentral merupakan faktor risiko utama gangguan metabolik yang sering tidak terdeteksi pada populasi dewasa. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan melakukan skrining antropometri untuk mengidentifikasi distribusi lemak tubuh sebagai indikator risiko kardiometabolik. Pendekatan Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yang melibatkan populasi dewasa. Pengukuran meliputi lingkar perut, lingkar panggul, lingkar lengan atas, lingkar leher, dan lingkar betis menggunakan metode standar, disertai edukasi kesehatan. Rerata usia partisipan adalah 43,67±12,40 tahun dengan dominasi perempuan (54,3%). Rerata lingkar perut sebesar 81,57±13,18 cm dengan proporsi obesitas sentral mencapai 42,9%. Parameter antropometri lain menunjukkan variasi distribusi komposisi tubuh antarindividu. Perbedaan berdasarkan jenis kelamin menunjukkan kecenderungan distribusi lemak abdominal lebih tinggi pada laki-laki. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa skrining antropometri berbasis komunitas efektif dalam mendeteksi risiko metabolik secara dini. Intervensi promotif-preventif melalui edukasi gaya hidup sehat diperlukan untuk mencegah progresivitas penyakit metabolik.
