Webinar Obat Bahan Alam Untuk Kesehatan Mental: Optimasi Peran Apoteker dan Herbalis Dalam Terapi Pendukung Berbasis Bukti

Latar Belakang: Kesenjangan layanan kesehatan mental di Indonesia memerlukan pendekatan integratif, salah satunya melalui pemanfaatan obat bahan alam (OBA) sebagai terapi pendukung. Namun, optimalisasi potensi OBA terkendala oleh kurangnya dialog dan kolaborasi antara tenaga kesehatan berbasis bukti (apoteker) dan praktisi berbasis tradisi (herbalis), yang dapat berakibat pada penggunaan yang tidak rasional. Tujuan: Mengembangkan kapasitas dan membangun perspektif bersama antara calon apoteker dan herbalis mengenai peran masing-masing dalam pemanfaatan OBA untuk kesehatan mental yang aman dan berbasis bukti. Metode: Kegiatan berbentuk webinar interaktif dilaksanakan pada 16 Oktober 2025, diikuti oleh 128 peserta (mahasiswa profesi apoteker dan praktisi herbalis). Metode meliputi penyampaian materi komprehensif oleh ahli farmakologi klinis, diskusi kasus, dan sesi tanya jawab mendalam yang difasilitasi moderator. Hasil: Webinar berhasil menciptakan platform dialog yang efektif. Peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai hierarki keamanan OBA (jamu, OHT, fitofarmaka), mekanisme kerja senyawa aktif, serta potensi interaksi dengan obat konvensional. Teridentifikasi klarifikasi peran komplementer: apoteker sebagai gatekeeper keamanan dan fasilitator konseling rasional, sedangkan herbalis sebagai community sensor dan edukator berbasis kultural yang dapat mengurangi stigma. Diskusi mengungkap kebutuhan mendesak akan model komunikasi dan skema rujukan informal antara kedua profesi. Kesimpulan: Kolaborasi apoteker-herbalis merupakan pilar penting dalam membangun sistem dukungan kesehatan mental yang holistik dan kontekstual. Edukasi interprofesi yang dirancang khusus, seperti webinar ini, terbukti efektif dalam menyelaraskan perspektif, meningkatkan literasi kesehatan mental berbasis OBA, dan meletakkan fondasi bagi praktik kolaboratif yang berorientasi pada keselamatan pasien. Program berkelanjutan dan advokasi ke organisasi profesi diperlukan untuk menginstitusionalkan model kemitraan ini.
