Pelatihan Manajemen Stres bagi Tenaga Pendidik dengan Integrasi Terapi Dzikir dan Pendalaman Tafsir Ayat-Ayat Ketenangan Hati (Q.S. Ar-Ra'd: 28)

Tingkat stres dan kelelahan yang tinggi di kalangan pendidik membutuhkan intervensi holistik yang tidak hanya membahas aspek psikologis tetapi juga spiritual. Studi ini mengembangkan model pelatihan yang mengintegrasikan teknik manajemen stres konvensional dengan terapi dzikir dan pendalaman interpretasi Al-Qur'an (QS. Ar-Ra'd:28). Tujuannya adalah untuk mengukur efektivitas program pelatihan dalam mengurangi tingkat stres, meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis, dan memperkuat ketahanan spiritual guru. Metode: Program berbasis Penelitian Aksi Partisipatif (PAR) ini melibatkan 10 guru di kota X. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pre-test/post-test menggunakan skala stres (misalnya, DASS-21 atau PSS-10), sesi pelatihan partisipatif (teknik pernapasan, restrukturisasi kognitif, dzikir terbimbing, dan diskusi tafsir kontekstual), diskusi kelompok fokus, dan observasi. Hasil: Analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial menunjukkan penurunan yang signifikan pada skor stres peserta (rata-rata pre-test vs. post-test). Data kualitatif menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran diri, peningkatan regulasi emosi, dan persepsi yang lebih positif terhadap tantangan kerja melalui pendekatan spiritual. Integrasi pendekatan psikologis dan spiritual terbukti layak dan efektif sebagai model intervensi untuk kesehatan mental guru. Model ini berpotensi untuk direplikasi dan diadopsi oleh lembaga pendidikan.
