Deteksi Dini Hipertensi dan Gangguan Fungsi Ginjal melalui Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat di Kelurahan Jelambar

Abstrak

Penyakit ginjal kronis (CKD) dan hipertensi tetap menjadi tantangan kesehatan global yang signifikan dengan beban yang terus meningkat. Kegiatan pelayanan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan deteksi dini CKD dan hipertensi dengan mengukur kreatinin serum, memperkirakan laju filtrasi glomerulus (eGFR), dan melakukan skrining tekanan darah di kalangan dewasa di Kecamatan Jelambar, Jakarta Barat. Program ini menerapkan pendekatan promotif-preventif yang menggabungkan pendidikan kesehatan, pemeriksaan medis, dan konseling individual untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap faktor risiko kardiovaskular dan ginjal. Sebanyak 59 peserta berusia 16–75 tahun diskrining. Rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik masing-masing adalah 119,76 ± 16,66 mmHg dan 77,54 ± 10,02 mmHg, dengan 47,8% dalam rentang normal, 43,5% prehipertensi, dan 8,7% hipertensi. Rata-rata kadar kreatinin serum adalah 0,92 ± 0,17 mg/dL, sedangkan rata-rata eGFR adalah 88,63 ± 14,07 mL/min/1,73 m². Sebagian besar peserta (58,7%) memiliki fungsi ginjal normal, 37% mengalami penurunan ringan, dan 4,3% mengalami penurunan sedang. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar populasi dewasa sudah menunjukkan gangguan ginjal dini meskipun tekanan darah secara klinis normal, menekankan pentingnya skrining rutin. Integrasi pengukuran tekanan darah dan eGFR terbukti sebagai metode berbasis komunitas yang sederhana namun efektif untuk identifikasi dini risiko CKD dan hipertensi. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung upaya nasional dalam mengurangi beban penyakit tidak menular melalui strategi pencegahan, modifikasi gaya hidup, dan intervensi medis dini.
