Abstrak

Kesehatan kulit, status hemoglobin, dan kadar glukosa darah merupakan indikator penting keseimbangan fisiologis yang memengaruhi kualitas hidup individu dewasa. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan melakukan deteksi dini risiko xerosis cutis, anemia, dan gangguan metabolik melalui pemeriksaan hidrasi kulit, kadar hemoglobin, dan gula darah puasa, serta memberikan edukasi promotif–preventif berbasis bukti. Kegiatan dilakukan di Sekolah Mutiara Bangsa pada 46 responden dewasa (usia 20–63 tahun). Pemeriksaan menggunakan skin analyzer, hemoglobinometer, dan glukometer dengan metode point-of-care testing. Rerata hemoglobin adalah 13,03 ± 1,54 g/dL dengan 23,9% anemia ringan; glukosa darah puasa 85,83 ± 9,54 mg/dL dengan 4,3% pradiabetes; sementara hidrasi kulit 57,94 ± 3,74% menunjukkan mayoritas dalam kategori lembap. Hasil mengindikasikan status hematologis dan metabolik umumnya baik, dengan sebagian kecil individu berisiko ringan. Edukasi terbukti meningkatkan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya deteksi dini, perawatan kulit, nutrisi, dan pencegahan gangguan metabolik melalui gaya hidup sehat.
