Skrining Kesehatan Ginjal melalui Pemeriksaan Kreatinin dan eGFR pada Pekerja Usia Produktif di Perkantoran Kawasan Sudirman

Gangguan fungsi ginjal sering tidak terdeteksi sejak dini, padahal deteksi awal sangat penting untuk mencegah komplikasi lebih lanjut. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan melakukan skrining fungsi ginjal pada karyawan perkantoran kawasan Sudirman sebagai upaya preventif. Pendekatan Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) pada 57 karyawan. Pemeriksaan meliputi edukasi kesehatan, pengambilan sampel darah untuk pemeriksaan kreatinin serum, dan perhitungan eGFR menggunakan rumus CKD-EPI. Hasil dicatat dan dikonsultasikan secara individual untuk meningkatkan kesadaran mengenai kesehatan ginjal. Sebagian besar peserta memiliki kadar kreatinin dan nilai eGFR dalam batas normal, namun ditemukan beberapa individu dengan hasil yang memerlukan pemantauan lebih lanjut. Skrining ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran peserta terhadap pentingnya pola hidup sehat untuk menjaga fungsi ginjal. Pemeriksaan kreatinin dan eGFR di tempat kerja efektif sebagai langkah deteksi dini fungsi ginjal sekaligus sarana edukasi kesehatan. Disarankan pelaksanaan skrining berkala dan edukasi berkelanjutan untuk mendukung kesehatan pekerja.
