Profil Asam Urat sebagai Indikator Kesehatan Karyawan Perkantoran di Kawasan Sudirman

Pekerja perkantoran merupakan kelompok yang berisiko mengalami gangguan metabolik, termasuk peningkatan kadar asam urat, akibat pola kerja sedentari, tekanan pekerjaan, dan kebiasaan makan yang kurang sehat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kadar asam urat pada karyawan di kawasan perkantoran Sudirman sebagai upaya deteksi dini risiko hiperurisemia. Sebanyak 57 karyawan mengikuti pemeriksaan kadar asam urat melalui pengambilan sampel darah kapiler yang dianalisis menggunakan alat digital. Sebelum pemeriksaan, peserta diberikan penyuluhan singkat mengenai faktor risiko, pola makan seimbang, hidrasi, dan aktivitas fisik untuk menjaga kadar asam urat. Hasil pemeriksaan dicatat dan dikonsultasikan per individu untuk meningkatkan kesadaran peserta terhadap kondisi metabolik mereka. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa skrining sederhana di lingkungan kerja memberikan gambaran awal kadar asam urat pekerja usia produktif, sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya pola hidup sehat. Program ini berpotensi mendukung stamina, konsentrasi, dan produktivitas kerja, serta menjadi langkah preventif terhadap hiperurisemia dan komplikasi metabolik terkait. kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pemeriksaan asam urat di tempat kerja efektif sebagai langkah deteksi dini dan edukasi kesehatan. Disarankan perusahaan menyelenggarakan pemeriksaan berkala, menyediakan program edukasi berkelanjutan, serta mendukung penelitian lanjutan dengan cakupan lebih luas untuk memperoleh gambaran komprehensif mengenai risiko metabolik pada pekerja kantoran.
