Analisis Bibliometrik tentang Entrepreneurial Orientation

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan literatur ilmiah mengenai Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Data penelitian diperoleh dari basis data Scopus menggunakan kata kunci “Entrepreneurial Orientation” dan dianalisis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi tren publikasi, jaringan kolaborasi penulis, kolaborasi antarnegara, serta struktur dan perkembangan tema penelitian berdasarkan analisis co-authorship, co-occurrence, overlay visualization, dan density visualization. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kajian mengenai EO mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan dan melibatkan jaringan kolaborasi global yang luas. Sascha Kraus, Jeffrey G. Covin, dan William J. Wales teridentifikasi sebagai penulis yang memiliki pengaruh besar dalam perkembangan literatur EO. Pada tingkat negara, Amerika Serikat menjadi pusat kolaborasi dan produktivitas penelitian, diikuti oleh Spanyol, Malaysia, Australia, dan India. Analisis kata kunci menunjukkan bahwa tema-tema dominan dalam penelitian EO meliputi firm performance, SMEs, market orientation, entrepreneurship, innovativeness, dan proactiveness. Sementara itu, analisis tren mengungkap adanya pergeseran perhatian penelitian menuju topik-topik yang lebih kontemporer seperti sustainability, sustainable development, dynamic capabilities, dan entrepreneurial intention. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Entrepreneurial Orientation merupakan bidang kajian yang dinamis dan multidisipliner dengan fokus penelitian yang terus berkembang dari peningkatan kinerja organisasi menuju penciptaan nilai berkelanjutan dan penguatan kapabilitas strategis. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai struktur intelektual dan arah perkembangan penelitian EO serta dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti dalam mengidentifikasi peluang penelitian di masa mendatang.
