Perkembangan Riset tentang Gig Economy: Analisis Bibliometrik Berbasis Data Scopus

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam struktur pasar tenaga kerja global melalui munculnya gig economy sebagai model kerja berbasis platform digital. Seiring meningkatnya perhatian akademik terhadap fenomena ini, diperlukan pemetaan sistematis untuk memahami arah, pola, dan struktur pengetahuan yang terbentuk dalam riset gig economy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan riset tentang gig economy menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik berbasis data Scopus. Data dikumpulkan dari publikasi ilmiah yang relevan dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, co-authorship, co-citation, serta co-occurrence kata kunci dengan bantuan perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gig economy merupakan konsep inti yang menghubungkan isu ketenagakerjaan, teknologi digital, dan hubungan industrial, dengan tema dominan meliputi precarity, digital platforms, dan algorithmic management. Analisis temporal mengungkapkan pergeseran fokus riset dari isu fleksibilitas kerja dan digital labour menuju perhatian yang lebih besar pada regulasi, perlindungan pekerja, dan hubungan industrial. Selain itu, jejaring kolaborasi menunjukkan dominasi institusi dan negara di Global North, meskipun kontribusi negara berkembang mulai meningkat. Studi ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai evolusi riset gig economy serta mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangan riset yang lebih inklusif dan berorientasi kebijakan di masa depan
