Transformasi Digital dalam Manajemen SDM Kesehatan: Analisis Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian Rumah Sakit

Transformasi digital dalam sektor kesehatan tidak hanya menyentuh aspek pelayanan medis, tetapi juga memengaruhi sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM), khususnya melalui penerapan sistem informasi kepegawaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas implementasi sistem informasi kepegawaian di rumah sakit dalam mendukung fungsi manajerial SDM. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan telaah dokumen pada satu rumah sakit rujukan di Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi kepegawaian telah meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, transparansi data kepegawaian, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Namun demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan pelatihan pengguna, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan masalah integrasi data masih menjadi hambatan signifikan. Studi ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas pengguna dan optimalisasi integrasi sistem untuk mendukung keberlanjutan transformasi digital dalam manajemen SDM kesehatan.
